Fall weekends are made for home tours. 🍂

Join us for the Parade of Homes Twin Cities Fall 2026 Tour, running September 11 through October 4. We’re excited to have one of our Minnetonka projects featured on the tour and invite you to come experience the home in person.

Open Fridays–Sundays from 12–6 PM throughout the tour.

Calling all dog lovers—it’s National Dog Day! 🐾

At Littfin Design, we believe every pup deserves a little luxury. From custom dog showers to cozy corners and plenty of room to roam, we design homes with every member of the family in mind... especially the furry ones.

Old house, new chapter.

We’re working on a 100+ year-old Victorian in one of Stillwater’s historic districts. The house has been through a lot over the years, including multiple additions, decades of weathering, and some pretty significant structural issues. Unfortunately, it’s not in a condition that allows it to be restored.

So, we’re taking a different approach: rebuilding the original portion with the same proportions and character, then designing a new addition that feels connected to the old and fits comfortably within the historic neighborhood.

There are still a few original Victorian details worth carrying forward, especially in the porch and trim.

Also, shoutout to Camden, one of our interns, for helping us with the color diagram!
