This a job that I done that involved installation of 5 Ligustrum recurvifoloum to add privacy a screen along the customers fence in addition to moving three camellias and planting some hydrangeas. I had to move the 3 Japonica camellias in order to install the screen and had to find a good to move them and plant them because the customer wanted to keep the camellias. The customer wanted me to plant some floral Easter hydrangeas outside in a bed next to some other existing macrophylla hydrangeas. The customer was very happy and pleased. I came back and did some other type of work at least a few times on this property and the Japonica Camellias that I transplanted are still thriving. It can be difficult and tricky to transplant the Japonica camellias because it is not an easy plant to transplant. When transplanting a bush or a tree (especially a plant that is very difficult to keep alive) it is important to know the proper horticultural techniques to be used when transplanting and to properly help and inform the customer what they must do to keep the plant alive.

This a job where I planted 3 Roseum Pink Rhododendron and 1 Chionoides Rhododendron. The customer was happy with the results. Rhododendron is a plant that can be finicky because it's needs to be planted in a certain environment that is shaded and the soil needs good drainage. Increasing the chances of the rhododendrons living and adding drainage to the soil requires someone that knows how to properly plant them by planting them high on level land and adding the right soil amendments to the ground. When planting them on a hill the backside of the plant must be level with the grading of the uphill of the hill. Nothing says Spring better than seeing blooms starting to appear on trees, shrubs, or bulbs such as tulips and daffodils, and a yard that is fixed and freshened up for the spring. Now is the time to get your yard added with fresh mulch and pine needles. Now is the time to get shrubs and trees planted in your yard because there are lots of plants available at nurseries right now. A little job where I designed and planted some shrubs. In the bed I planted an espalier October magic snow sasanqua camellia along the chimney and three crimson fire loropetalum with some fresh pine needles added to the bed. The customer was very pleased with the end result.
