Today we helped a homeowner remove this tree from her roof after she attempted to tackle it herself. Thankfully, no one was hurt. ❤️

We were able to safely get the tree off the home and tarp the damaged area to protect it from further weather exposure until repairs can be completed.

One thing we want homeowners to know: not every situation requires a full roof replacement. In this case, the homeowner requested repairs only, and that’s exactly what we provided.

🏠 Can we have an honest conversation for a minute?

If you’ve been looking for a roofing contractor lately, you’ve probably noticed something…

Everybody is suddenly a roofer.

Every week there seems to be another company, another page, another ad promising the world.

Some of those companies will be great.

Some won’t.

That’s just reality.

What concerns me isn’t the competition. Competition is healthy.

What concerns me is the amount of confusion homeowners are facing right now.

~One company says they’ll beat any price.
~Another promises a lifetime warranty.
~Another can supposedly start tomorrow.
~Another is thousands of dollars cheaper than everyone else.

And homeowners are left wondering…

“How can all of these be true at the same time?”

The reality is roofing isn’t immune to today’s economy.

~Materials aren’t getting cheaper.
~Insurance isn’t getting cheaper.
~Fuel isn’t getting cheaper.
~Labor definitely isn’t getting cheaper.

So when one estimate comes in dramatically lower than the others, it’s worth asking questions.

Not because cheap is always bad.
