🌟 Team Spotlight: Steve R.
At CDPC, it’s the people behind the scenes who help make everything possible — and Steve is a big part of that.
What inspired Steve to join the CDPC team?
He felt an instant connection with our leadership. He saw a group with genuine values, a real mission, and an unwavering commitment to both customers and teammates — and knew he wanted to be part of it.
His role:
Steve leads our HR team, working closely with leaders across the company to support growth, development, and culture. He says watching our team grow and playing even a small part in someone’s journey is incredibly fulfilling.
And if you ask him? He’ll tell you he has the best HR team ever. Servant mentality isn’t just something we say — it’s how they show up every single day, always putting people first.
Fun fact:
Steve once took a five-year break from HR to start a home-building and real estate consulting business!
What he’s most proud of:
✔️ Helping solve problems (or as the HR team calls it — “solving mysteries”)
✔️ Watching teammates grow and thrive
✔️ Building genuine connections across the CDPC family
For Steve, working at CDPC has never felt like “just a job” — it’s about caring for people and supporting one another.
His advice to new teammates:
“Focus on taking care of the customer. And if you’re not customer-facing, support the people who are. If you make that your priority, everything else falls into place.”
