Omega also provides other value added services to its clients. Omega has experience with site selection and evaluation, along with long-range campus master planning. In addition, Omega provides consulting, coordination and purchasing services many Owner supplied products and services. omega is on the leading edge of design and construction technologies and utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) for 3D modeling during the design process. This allows Omega to provide its Clients with a virtual 3D walk through of their facility during the pre-construction process as well as providing clash detection benefits. Omega's dedicated construction professionals supervise and coordinate every phase of construction to ensure the highest quality of construction while completing the project on schedule and within budget. From pre-construction phase to the final walk through, Omega strives to make our Clients feel comfortable entrusting Omega with their project. Troutman Retail Shops nearing the finish line! 🚀

Our Troutman Retail Shops project is coming together, with the building shell now complete and final sitework continuing across the property. Recent progress includes completed parking lot striping, transformer installation, and ongoing painting and caulking touchups as we wrap up the final details.

With only minor sidewalk and landscaping items remaining, we’re excited to see the project entering its final phase! We’re proud of the progress our team and partners have made and look forward to delivering another quality retail development to the Troutman community.

One Month In 📍

We’ve made great progress on the Bob’s Discount Furniture distribution center since the groundbreaking back in March! So far, we’ve completed 80% of site grading, begun installing storm piping and inlets along the East and West trailer parking, and placed a majority of the concrete slab. This week we’ve begun forming and pouring tilt panels gearing up for panel er****on come June. We’re making great strides 💪

ICYMI 💡 This project will be a state-of-the-art distribution center covering over 800,000-square-feet that will serve as a major logistics hub in Macon, Georgia for Bob’s Discount Furniture. 🏗️ We’re excited to be part of a project that supports Bob’s growing operations across the Southeast while strengthening the region’s supply chain!

Today, we recognize the dedicated administrative professionals who help keep everything moving forward across our teams and projects. Your attention to detail, organization, and daily support play a vital role in making Omega Construction who we are.

Our Winston-Salem office celebrated with a team breakfast from Louie & Honey’s Kitchen, one of our favorite local bakeries. Thank you to our entire administrative team, Omega wouldn’t be the same without you!

🏗️ Strong progress continues at our Triangle 55 Buildings 5 & 6 project! 🏗️
Work is moving steadily across both buildings as key site and interior milestones take shape. At Building 5, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and paving are complete, with MEP rough-ins largely wrapped up and final paint underway. Pump room framing is in progress as we prepare for doors, hardware, and overhead installations in the coming weeks.
At Building 6, major systems are advancing with mechanical rough-ins nearing completion, plumbing complete, and electrical rough-ins over halfway finished. Dock equipment installation and apron work are actively progressing alongside site grading, lighting, and concrete operations.
Next, we’ll focus on continued exterior and site work, advancing interior finishes, and pushing toward key installation milestones across both buildings. We’re excited to see this project continue to take shape! 🔨💪

Construction is moving fast at our Del Webb Savannah at Heartwood project in Richmond Hill, GA! 🏗️

All structural steel and pre-engineered trusses are set, and cold-formed metal exterior framing and roof decking are nearly complete. Next, we’ll focus on interior framing while prepping exterior sheathing for upcoming window and storefront delivery. We look forward to being dried in within a month!🔨💪

🚧 Big momentum at Apex Commerce Center in Apex, NC!

This 611,000-square-foot, three-building industrial development is quickly coming to life:
🏢 Building C – 182,000 SF
🏢 Building D – 221,000 SF
🏢 Building E – 208,000 SF

This hasn’t been your average site. From new public roadway construction and stream crossings to retaining walls and extensive soil stabilization, our team navigated challenging conditions and heavy rainfall to keep progress moving forward. 💪🌧️

Where we stand now:
✅ C & D – 99% complete (final pond work and turf establishment underway)
🚧 E – 98% complete (inspections, landscaping and final cleaning to go)
We’re in the final stretch and closing in on delivery. Excited to see this major industrial hub ready to serve the Apex community and beyond!
