Sharing to get the word out that “Yeti” needs help!

Enchanted Tails Pet Spa-Kernersville is the grooming spa that we take our furbabies to! Laurie Fink Walters is the most caring there is, especially when it comes to animals. She has a huge heart and this little kitty that she has taken in at her shop needs our help.

Yeti is a brave and lively 16 week old kitten that came to our grooming shop at the beginning of August. Her best friend is our beloved shop cat Tuesday and they spend their days cuddling on the couch and playing in the food bowl.

On the morning of August 31st, Yeti was brutally attacked by a 70lbs dog. She was instantly rushed to the emergency vet and was in critical condition upon arrival. She will be hospitalized for an undetermined amount of time while we wait for surgery. Currently, it costs $1065 a night to keep her hospitalized and monitored.

Yeti means the world to everyone here at Enchanted Tails and we are heartbroken at these unexpected events, and are asking for your help. Any donation is greatly appreciated, and if you cannot donate please share Yeti’s story so we can get the care she needs!

Hey family, I’m asking for prayers for my daughter, Kelsey Alexis Clendenin. She’s really been through it the past 2 1/2 weeks. In 1 1/2 weeks time she had to have 3 surgeries, 2 of them on the same day. And 2 more are scheduled, 1 of them may be moved up due to having more issues. Plus admitted once for 4 days but to the ER countless times. Prayerfully, the doctors have discovered what the culprit of all of these issues are and there is a solution!! Still have to have the surgeries and then hopefully medication and diet will help with future issues.
She’s been fighting multiple infections in different areas of her body too. I haven’t said anything yet, just because I’ve been extremely busy with work due to her and some other people being unable to work AND I’ve just been on pins and needles worried about her.
I’m grateful that she knows her body and listens to it, she can tell where this pain or that pain is coming from.
So I ask you all to keep her in your prayers for the next few weeks at least, until all the surgeries and infections are done and gone! Thank you ALL in advance 🤗🙏 Much Love 💕

CLIENT – How much will it cost to do this job?
CONTRACTOR - $2,800-$3500 dollars.

CLIENT: That’s too expensive for this job.

CONTRACTOR: How much do you think it should cost?

CLIENT: $800 max! It’s a simple job!
CONTRACTOR: I can’t do the job for so little.

CLIENT: People in your line of work wants to make too much of a huge profit! Don't you do sports and coach kids as well and social media stuff cut me a deal?

CONTRACTOR: I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?

CLIENT: But, I don’t know how to do any of that and it's a rental.

CONTRACTOR: For $900, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use $800 to do the job, and you’re still saving $1,100. Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job better than YouTube university.

CLIENT: Deal!

CONTRACTOR: Great! To start, you need to buy tools. You will need a chipping hammer, a nail gun, a laser, a drill, a mixer machine, PPE, and some other things.

CLIENT: But, I don’t have any of those tools and I can’t buy all that for just one job!

CONTRACTOR: Ok. I can rent you my tools for another $300. You’re still saving $800.

CLIENT: That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your tools.

CONTRACTOR: Perfect! I’ll be back Saturday and we can start.

CLIENT: Wait! I can’t Saturday. I only have time today.

CONTRACTOR: I’m sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my tools needs to be in other jobs I have during the week.

CLIENT: Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Saturday.

CONTRACTOR: Right, me too! I normally coach kids on weekends and work on my fix and flip homes and Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy the materials. There’s a high demand nowadays, so your best bet is to get a truck and be at the hardware store by 6am before other contractors get there.

CLIENT: AT SIX IN THE MORNING? On Saturday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have a truck!

CONTRACTOR: I guess you’ll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?

CLIENT: You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably is better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.

CONTRACTOR: Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work and it's 20% down rest upon completion!

This is the truth.

Sharing this to our 3 different business pages and my personal page to help get the word out. 🤩

I personally have needed WSPD’s help a few months or so ago at our store. When the initial emergency happened, we dialed 911 but when other temptations from this person would happen, we’d dial the non emergency number. I even directed our employees to do the same.

I know how much time they had to spend at our location (while shootings, robberies and murders were happening) and it ended up being more than once, twice or even three times with this same “offender”. So, I am highly grateful for the assistance and getting us all back to safety and We are not willing to use the PD’s time for nonsense or take up the 911 dispatcher’s time when unnecessary. I hope you all will do the same! 🙌🤩

Hey y’all, I (Dana) am doing something new this year. I’ve always helped the needy, we have an ongoing fundraiser at our store to help needy children. But I want to change it up and expand what I’ve already been doing. I have a friend that is in with the homeless shelter in Greensboro, I donate to them often, my stuff and others.
I have spare space in one of the buildings at the store that I’ve been wanting to use for something “special”. (Food bank, clothing closet, etc…).
I will share pictures of the progress and how it unfolds.

Without agents and their support, consumers would have to navigate their Medicare choices alone. There are many options for consumers to consider. Agent expertise helps them choose the right coverage. Help protect agents and sign the petition at https://beneficiarychoice.org/ now. (Before January 3rd, 2024)

CMS is attempting to handicap the local, independent agents like me who work hard to serve beneficiaries with integrity and honesty. This knee jerk reaction to the unethical greed driven call centers is very shortsighted and will only hurt our seniors! I have signed the petition and will send letters! Please do the same!!!

By joining our coalition to allow FMOs to continue to support agents and brokers, you’ll help ensure beneficiaries can still have access to numerous coverage options.
