Did you know your water heater needs to be accessible to you and not just your local plumber?
Being able to get to your water heater and having it in a safe, dry, and clear area can help against many different issues
- having a clear space around the water heater can prevent fire hazards and carbon monoxide poisoning
- if there is an emergency, having quick access to shutting off the water valve or gas valve can help prevent further risks and injuries
- accessible water heaters are also easier to maintain and fix
This water heater was in a crawl space and was no longer accessible to the owner, we came out and moved it to the garage allowing for a clear open space and easy access!

If you have well water in your home you could have a Grundfos Well Control System - this is designed to maintain a consistent water pressure throughout your home by using a pump and control box to regulate water flow and pressure

For this client the original expansion tank air bladder had burst and the pressure gauge was shot. As a result the well was pumping the house pressure up to 140 psi! (Most homes should be around 40-80 psi!!) We replaced the expansion tank and pressure gauge and recalibrated the controller, now they have consistent 65 psi house pressure!

Some before and after pictures of a house renovation finished this week in Mt Airy!

🛠️Pictures 1-3 show a master bathroom/closet renovation where the original master bathroom was completed gutted and transformed into a closet, and a full shower and double vanity master bathroom was put next to the new closet

🛠️Pictures 4-5 show the main bathroom renovation with a new tub, vanity, and toilet

🛠️Pictures 6-7 show a powder room where we were able to salvage the original pedestal sink while giving it a whole new look

🛠️Picture 8 shows the kitchen sink and dishwasher install a long with the washer and dryer hook up
