Another re-route of a zone around the perimeter of the patio eliminating the possibility of any future leaks under the patio.
Consider having ALL irrigation pipe and wires relocated outside of your construction/excavation zone when installing a pool and/or patio. It’s initially less expensive to just leave them, but could be extremely costly if a leak develops under the patio in the future.
We mechanically strip the sod, trench with a Ditch Witch mechanical trencher, install new pipe and wires (as needed), and re-install the sod. Makes for an extremely quick and clean job.
