Hello again,
For this leaky roof I was over in Lamoine. Simple fix. I pulled the rotted shingles and underlayment off. Replaced the felt paper with ice and water shield. then reinstalled some new shingles.

Looks like I can't slack off with the pictures anymore. Facebook is only allowing me to go back 2 months. Unfortunately I won't be able to show you the before pictures. Here we were in Hancock on Ridgewood Way. We pulled some carpet and linoleum. Laid some 1/4" sheathing for the sub floor. Followed by a weather barrier and then some engineered flooring. I had to make the stair trim. It looked like the carpet didn't need one before.

Hello,
For this job we were over on the Thornton RD. in Hancock. The client had a rotted window sill. First we had to get out the window. We undid the siding and the trim along with the metal fascia wrap. Replaced the 2x4's. Laid a bead of silicone around the fl**ge of the window. Reinstalled the window. Used flashing tape to seal in the window fl**ge from the outside. Then tied it all back together.
