Yesterday we officially broke ground on the new SouthState Bank operations building in downtown Winter Haven!

Whitehead Construction is proud to serve as the General Contractor for this exciting project, a new five-story building being built from the ground up in the heart of downtown.

We’re thrilled to be part of a project that will make such a visible impact on our community.

Progress is taking shape at Lake Alfred Pharmacy & Plaza! 🏗️

The building is up, the roof is on, and this project is looking better with every milestone. It’s exciting to see the vision for Lake Alfred Pharmacy & Plaza becoming a reality.

Fire Station #5 is looking great! 🚒

We're wrapping up the exterior painting, putting the finishing touches on the interior drywall, and sitework is nearing completion. Every day brings us one step closer to delivering this new station for the City of Winter Haven, FL and the firefighters who will call it home.

We're proud of the progress and look forward to sharing the finished project soon!
