Big progress at the new Jenkins Lincoln Parts Office in Lakeland! Drywall, windows, doors, and HVAC are all installed throughout the space, and the second-floor mezzanine now features new concrete stairs paired with a custom-fabricated steel handrail. Outside, new exterior metal panels and a parts pass-thru window are already in place.

Steel is officially in the air at CWI Industrial Services new home in Lakeland! Our in-house crew has been hard at work raising columns, purlins, and bracing straps for the 120' x 50' pre-engineered metal building, and the shape of the finished facility is really starting to show. Whirlwind Steel delivered the building on July 24, and our crew expects to have the structure fully assembled within the coming week. Once that's done, we move into the interior build-out. Spinco Properties in Orlando needed a 40x40 ft office addition built onto their existing warehouse and office facility, and the challenge was making two different parapet wall elevations tie together seamlessly. Working alongside Dean Steel Buildings out of Fort Myers, our team built the entire addition in just two weeks.

Their new two-story, 7,100-square-foot building is now complete and houses offices, conference rooms, and breakrooms for the brewery's operational and administrative staff. The cafeteria's TPO roof is nearly complete, with wall framing, fire sprinklers, and MEP rough-ins all done inside.
