Lately I’ve watched more and more families choose finishes that feel like them—collected, cozy, lived-in, beautifully imperfect in the best way.
And every time we install hand-set overgrout stone, something shifts in the home.

✨ Entry arches that make you say “wow” before you’ve even shut the car door.
✨ And exterior moments that give a house soul, not just curb appeal.

The best part? Every single stone is placed by hand—shaped, brushed, and overgrouted to look like the home grew up around it. Nothing trendy. Nothing loud. Just timeless beauty that quietly transforms everything around it.

This Granville home in Winter Park, built in the early 2000s, had reached a point where simple updates wouldn’t do. It needed a redefinition. Together with the homeowners, we searched for the right blend of materials — ultimately landing on a Crème de la Crème Orleans brick paired with creme mortar, a choice that balances refinement with permanence. 🧱✨

What emerged is more than a facelift. It’s a design with staying power — one that carries warmth and elegance today and will continue to feel at home decades from now. Every brick, every joint was placed with longevity in mind, so that this house can stand with quiet distinction for generations.

As the landscape and final details come together, this project will show what we believe good design should be: not just a transformation of a structure, but a contribution to the character of an entire neighborhood. 🌿🏡
