Occasionally, I eat carbs! And when I do, I pair them with something green beforehand. A great way to curb your glucose spikes is to eat some microgreens (or any non starchy veggie) before the carbs, add a little vinegar for extra credit 🌱

Do you want to lower your glucose spikes? I have some tips below!
