When you hire Kloudy Designz, we guarantee something important: We guarantee that the job will be done in a professional manner - meaning the task will be done when we said it will be done, how we said it will be done, and at a competitive rate. Our business depends on repeat business and word of mouth from satisfied customers. We charge the same for all our services, unlike many who will have varying rates for drywall repair, shelving installation, or painting. If your skilled as a handyman this is unnecessary. If you're thinking about saving money on your paint job by using cheap paint, you're going to spend more money on the application process. Cheap paint is harder to apply and takes several coats to achieve a decent finish; whereas quality painting products are easier to apply and produce a beautiful finish. Use cheap paint and you'll be repainting again in no time at all. Our handyman services are performed quickly with quality as our main focus. Anyone can throw paint on a wall or patch drywall; but only a professional can do it right the first time. Kloudy Designz has been called in several times to fix what other handymen have destroyed.

Rebuilt and extended a deck in Minburn recently. It was kinda falling apart - boards were loose, screws were popping up, and it was small. She wanted a deck for entertaining that was safe for her grandkids. Followed her lead and built what she wanted, with a little of course. She was quite pleased with the results and we're very proud to have another happy customer.

WIP for some terrific repeat clients in Johnston. Almost done! This client works from home every day and needed space to accommodate work and knick knacks. Built in desk on a 12 foot wall. 6 foot of desk space in the center, RGB lights to showcase the favorite tchotchkes that will go on the shelves, Roku TV up above and there will be 2 or 3 32in curved monitors for work. Matching/mirrored lower cabinets - the left one is modified with a pull out for the printer. HDMI and Cat6 cabling in the walls to make sure everything is well connected.

Network a.v. box in the wall. Led lights in cabinets and bookshelves. Cat 6 ran. Coax ran. electrical ran throughout the wall. Fully custom job here for two of my favorite clients in Johnston! Before and during pics. Large deck in the Patricia Park area in Urbandale. This deck was in really bad shape! Complete knock down rebuild. Small room under deck was bad off too. Roof removed and rebuilt with more slope. Just about done, finished pics soon to come! Triple sealed cedar. Custom machined railings. Custom stone stair landing. With the property having limestone flagstone in other areas I wanted the stair landing to match. The customer was extremely pleased and agreed it was a great idea. Kloudy Designz - making the world more beautiful one project at a time!!

Made this beauty. It's a 9' high and 11' wide hexagonal arch for 2 incredibly special people's perfect day. She came to me with an idea and I think it came out better than she expected. Repeat client in Adel. This is half of a duplex. Before this, the stairs had virtually no railing, just a low wall. And we turned a small closet into a nook instead. The hooks on the wall are railroad spikes we cut and welded to the right size and angle. This was a labor of love.

Johnston project finally complete! So proud of this project. What started as a smaller project became bigger and bigger. This started as your standard 18x12 deck with steps became a 3 season porch to be enjoyed almost year round. We even added a TV, ceiling fan, and surround sound to truly enjoy the space no matter when. Check out that accent wall!
