Update on the flipper house project. Punch list has been completed and the cleaning ladies did their part. This project was very challenging and exhausting but we did it. We are very happy with the final product.
My awesome clients will be ready to list the property sometime next week. We will keep everyone posted.

We have reached the end of phase one on the basement remodel. We had a couple hiccups with damaged materials. (Missing shower glass, ect) Atleast we are at a point that the home owners can take advantage and use the space while we wait for the Missing details. We are very happy with how everything is turning out. Thanks again to the Baessler family for trusting us with this very big project. It was a pleasure working with you. You have had some great visions and ideas.

We have made it to punch list status on the Flipper project. 1800 sq ft of lvp installed throughout the house. Also installed square shoe. We have come a long way in a short time on this project. Phipps mechanical also stopped by and installed vanities, toilets, and AC unit. Great job fellas!!!
