We are looking for an efficient Payroll Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of managing employee salary data, ensuring timesheets are accurate and payments are made on time.

Payroll Administrator responsibilities include managing all aspects of payroll, and they must accomplish required tasks promptly.

Responsibilities

Administer payroll for all employees
Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews
Review and abide by company policies and procedures
Make sure account balances are correct
Resolve payroll errors
Benefits co-ordination (add/remove employees & verify monthly bills)
Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks payroll software programs
Experience with completing certified payroll reports & submitting them in a timely manner.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good time management and organizational skills
Workers Comp experience is a plus.
Public Notary is a plus or willing to obtain.
Managerial Experience is a plus

We are an unclassified/unlimited general contractor specializing in selective and full structure demolition. The qualified candidate will have knowledge of estimation and bidding software, and will be able to oversee the entire bid process, from plan intake up through the negotiation process, as well as attend pre-bid meetings. The candidate does not need past demolition experience but is a plus. Salary starts at $60,000 yearly depending on experience & skill set.
