Lost in a Sea of Cedar!
Swift Carpentry LLC works closely with our clients to make as transparent as possible what it will take to restore their camps and homes back to working order.
No surprises, we do a full Inspection and itemize each part of the process for materials and labor.
This property started with a simple deck and rot to the plates and footings required a full jacking and releveling. Then we discovered the ants were compromising the premises.
We stripped the old siding and got the property treated for carpenter ants.
This turned to new windows and doors.
And naturally cedar was the only outcome. We topped off our vision with a new front patio to really bring it to full rotation the transformation from abandoned, back to on the market.
This Air BNB will be available in Trenton maine once fall interior renovations have taken place.
