This basement told a story. Water damage, outdated finishes, and a space the homeowners had stopped using altogether.

We gutted it back to the studs, added spray foam insulation, and put in moisture resistant LVP flooring that can actually handle being in a basement. A fresh coat of paint and some new furniture later, and this space went from a problem area to one of the most comfortable rooms in the house.

Same layout. Completely different basement. Two weeks start to finish.

Before and after time! And this one has a story behind it.

This Marblehead homeowner had a deck that was never built right to begin with. No proper posts, and over time it had started to sag right in the middle. Not a good situation, and not something you can just patch up and hope for the best.

So we did it the right way. Tore the whole thing off, built a brand new frame with proper posts and correct joist spacing, and finished it off with beautiful composite decking and white PVC fascia. The wraparound corner steps are the finishing touch -- they sweep right around the deck and welcome you into your backyard the way a deck should.

The homeowners went from a sagging safety hazard to an outdoor space they can actually enjoy all summer long. That is what we do.
