What exactly happens behind the scenes at E-Con Electric?

This week, we had the opportunity to show students from C.O.O.L. Teen Leadership just that!

During their visit, students learned about the different areas that make up our company and how they all work together. We broke into groups and explored the many different roles that keep our projects moving. Students learned about accounting, designing, estimating and project management, warehouse and prefab operations, and the electrical work happening in the field.

We enjoyed showing the students that there are many different career paths and opportunities within the electrical industry, both in the office and out in the field.
