Wirtz&Co LLC | Construction & Exterior Remodeling
Wirtz&Co LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team.
This position will help manage our exterior remodeling division from the initial customer meeting through scheduling, material coordination, production, and final completion. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, communicate professionally, and help grow sales in the areas we serve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meet with homeowners and customers to discuss upcoming projects
* Schedule and coordinate roofing, siding, window, door, soffit, fascia, gutter, and other exterior remodeling projects
* Maintain communication with customers before, during, and after construction
* Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
* Order and coordinate delivery of materials when needed
* Verify materials are correct and available before jobs begin
* Perform pre-job site visits and review project scope with crews
* Monitor jobs for quality, cleanliness, safety, and schedule
* Handle jobsite questions and help resolve problems as they arise
* Perform final project walkthroughs with customers
* Coordinate punch-list and warranty items
* Document project progress with photos and job notes
* Help ensure change orders and additional work are properly documented
* Work with the office to keep project information and schedules updated
* Assist with estimating and measuring exterior projects
* Follow up on leads and meet with potential customers
* Sell roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior remodeling projects
* Develop new business and help expand Wirtz&Co’s presence in assigned areas
* Build relationships with homeowners, property owners, suppliers, and other industry professionals
* Represent Wirtz&Co professionally in the field and community
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The right person should be dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working independently. Construction or exterior remodeling experience is strongly preferred.
Applicants should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, understand the importance of customer service, and be capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
Sales experience is a major plus.
