Every piece of this house was drawn to fit on a trailer.
That sounds like a small constraint. It is actually the whole design. Wall panels, floor units, roof units, all of it sized so a standard flatbed can carry it.
Once that rule holds, the house stops caring where the site is. A lot two hours off the highway. A lake road that washes out every April. Forty acres with no address on it yet.
Most new home construction requires an easy site and a deep bench of local trades. This one does not. The truck gets there, the pieces come off it in order, and the building goes up.
