Dear Valued Customer,
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting all our families, our local businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation at Thweny’s Landscape Services.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who has been or is being impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts and prayers are especially with those who are sick, we wish you a speedy and healthy recovery. Truly we have been inspired by the selfless healthcare workers as well as all the other essential workers, you have been all working tirelessly through this pandemic, THANK YOU!
Second, at Thweny’s, we’re focused on the health and safety of our customers as well as our team members. We will be implementing some new rules this season for all our safety. Rules are as follows:
• Masks and sanitizing solutions will be supplied to all our crew members.
• A NO TOUCH rule is going to be implemented to the lawn crew, if something is left on the lawn, they will not move it to cut the grass but instead go around, this will avoid the direct contact.
• Landscape crews will preform normal duties and it is recommended that the customer avoid the work area for whatever time frame is recommended by the CDC.
• Sales reps will be provided masks for site visits. They will also maintain the proper distance if a site visit needs to be done face to face.
• All office personal has transferred their operations to work from home, this was done to minimize the person to person interaction in the workplace.
• Thermometers are being provided in shop and workers will be screened prior to the start of the workday.
We are hoping to be able to go back to work May 1st; however, we are monitoring the “stay home stay safe act”. Please feel free to contact us with questions regarding the upcoming season. On a final note we are in this together and together we will get through this pandemic, if you have any recommendations for our company that you believe would help please let us know.
Sincerely,
Jason Tueni
