Haven’t posted in awhile, we have been very busy! We demolished a ranch style house and started a rebuild! It’s all coming together, a new Contemporary build!

My brothers and I have been very busy throughout the last year! I wanted to warn others when hiring a contractor. In Vermont you can be a carpenter with no education or experience. The pandemic made an increase in others starting their own business. Do the research, many only worked around the field a short time and they just don’t have the knowledge, building to code, or how engineering works for new projects. I have met with homeowners who learned the hard way. Anyone who is a perfectionist can make a project look good, but is it done right? I can proudly say I have the experience, knowledge from working with my dad and I also took some classes! Protect yourself and your family!

My favorite build ever done! It took 11 months to complete🖤🖤 Their barn and house is featured in a magazine and also used on a website to sell the lights used. A professional photographer took these pictures.
