A great customer called last night to see if there was any way possible we could get all this concrete saw cut removed and graded out by this afternoon.
Easy peasy!!!

We take on all kinds of projects. Steel column replacement. It was bent beyond repair by a forklift collision. The excavator was basically our stationary support. A hydraulic jack on top of the boom was used to lift the main beam enough to switch the columns out. New anchor bolts were also installed.

Getting to the final phases. Curbs are prepped. Parking lot to final grade. Lots of concrete cutting and removal on this project.

Another tank decommission and new install in the books.

Busy day finished up some random projects and started grading the new parking lot area. Saw cut and demoed part of the old building foundation to transition the parking lot onto it.

Cut, graded and seeded 370 ft of road frontage today. The existing properties had made stone and dirt berms and forced the road to flood every rain event.

I had to shimmy those all the way across the building before I could drop them. They are 25’ tall.

Locating existing storm drainage is always a great time. We finished up all the ballards and continued the storm drainage repairs and rat wall around the building. Also new waterline. Not to mention hauled off a bunch of excess soil.

Glad it’s finally done. We picked away disassembling this building over the past month. Total time about 8 days. It was definitely an experience. 50 x 50 main structure with 20’ wide lean too. 35’ tall peak 25’ tall eve.
