Update: They have finally announced it so now I can.
Buckey’s Restaurant and Tavern have a new bar and itll be open to the public early June.

A lot of work in this project would be an understatement… but it’s almost done.
New bar, new walk in beer cooler.

Ya, I do this stuff also😉

2/21 through 2/26 RPHC will be closed for a family vacation and will not be checking messages until I return

After a grueling 5+ weeks of freezing temps, burst pipes and being sick it’s time for a break.
Time to recover and re-energize for the next round.

This is why I this important to have annual service on your heating equipment by professionals.

Customer had an odd odor when it ran and found that the heat exchanger had failed.
Both holes are larger than a copper BB.

Lil’ steam project..
The existing boiler had seen better days and customers stated the house took way too long to heat up and some radiators weren’t working.
After sizing up the radiators I realized the boiler was about a 100 cubic ft of steam smaller than what the house needed.

So out with the old and in with a new Burnham Megasteam that is properly sized and with a properly designed steam header.

All the radiators work now!!

Had to cut out a boiler with a tankless coil that was almost 30yrs old, it was leaking and time to upgrade.
Tankless coils are really inefficient and an outdated technology.

New triple pass boiler by Trio with a 40 gal stainless indirect water heater.
