VEKTR Development, LLC was established in 2020 and is a Lubbock, Texas locally owned and operated Construction Contractor & Services Company. Its owner, Lyle, is also the owner of Yucca Ranch Development, LLC, an Oil & Gas prospect and investment company since 2008. Lyle attended Texas Tech University for Landscape Architecture. Throughout several years in the Oil & Gas Sector and building up various businesses including oil & gas title services and oil drilling company, Lyle has always had a passion for building, construction & landscaping, thus VEKTR Development was formed to pursue this passion. The name “VEKTR” was derived from Lyle’s passion for aviation. In aviation, vectors are predetermined points along flight paths and are shown and identified by 4 or 5 letter codes, hence “VEKTR”, as well as our motto “we know the way”. VEKTR Development also engages in real estate development and home building, as well as other services including landscape design and construction. We implement various state-of-the-art software to plan, design and manage our projects, whether is is home building or landscape design, and anything in between.
