At Sable Home we build truly custom homes with the belief that every home should be unique to the personality and preferences of our customers. Having worked in the construction industry before becoming a builder myself, I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, and personally visit our jobs on a daily basis. We will never skimp on quality and work hard to make every experience enjoyable and rewardi

ng for our homeowners. Our desire is to give each customer the maximum home for their desired budget, and one way we achieve this is through our fair pricing approach and cost transparency. Top quality, timeliness, and realistic expectations are just a few of the attributes you can expect from us on every job. We give fair, honest, and straight forward advice every time, even if you choose to build your home with someone else. We are currently building homes in Lubbock and numerous surrounding cities, and we will be glad to build on your rural land beyond the City limits. Normally when walking a home under construction there are random symbols, measurement, sizes and instructions written in marker on framing studs or concrete. It’s always a joy to find scripture the homeowners have blessed the home with though. It’s a reminder that building a house isn’t just about finishing a project. But this will be a home where a family will find shelter, rest and peace. Far beyond our wood and stone, but through the Lord of Heaven. We’re thankful God has and continues to bless us with amazing clients who follow Him too.

Some of our favorite projects don’t happen in town but out far from the city lights. Take a look at some progress we have made on a custom ranch house East of Snyder, TX. We started by removing an old barn, built out a new house pad and now have a structure that will one day house an awesome family. If you look close you might even find a future home builder playing in the dirt.
