In the winter, ceiling fans need to spin clockwise on low speed (any faster and you'll start to feel a cool breeze). This creates an updraft that helps move warm air trapped near the ceiling back out and around the room.

Here's a great tip... Because water evaporates quickly when you turn on the furnace, pour cooking oil, or even Bacon grease, down the floor drains, to prevent sewer gas from filling your home everytime the heat kicks on.

And again it's time to clean your disposal fill it full of ice to the brim turn it on And add a quarter cup of cooking oil and a sq**rt of Dish Soap. Now Every 3 minutes or so turn the water on for just a second. This will freeze the food thats stuck around the rim, making the Horrendous smell go away the ice will deber the blades when the ice is gone run hot water for several minutes and you'll have a nice clean sharp disposal.
