January this year, Lake Services was contracted by Pinewood Estates POA to mechanically dredge 18,000 cubic yards at Lake Fairview. Due to the location being in Fort Belvoir airspace, no drone footage was allowed.

Before beginning the next project at Pinewood Estates, Lake Services was contracted by Nova Parks to assist Melka Marine Construction in removing pilings and replacing docks. Located in Pohick Bay in Lorton, VA, Lake Services worked on the pilings and Melka Marine focused on the docks.
