11 Years Later…
On May 31, 2015, I made a post announcing that Lawn Dude Lawn Maintenance, LLC was becoming a full-time business.
To be honest, I had no idea what the future would hold.
I didn’t know about the long days, the equipment breakdowns, the sleepless nights, the financial struggles, the contracts won, the contracts lost, or the countless lessons that would come from running a small business.
What I did know was that I was willing to work.
Looking back at this post today, I’m grateful.
Grateful for every customer who trusted us with their property.
Grateful for the family and friends who supported us.
Grateful for the opportunities that allowed a guy with a mower and a dream to build something that has now lasted over a decade.
Has it always been easy? Absolutely not.
There have been years when I wondered how everything would work out. There have been seasons where I questioned myself and seasons where I felt on top of the world.
But through it all, God has remained faithful.
Today, Lawn Dude Lawn Maintenance, LLC looks different than it did in 2015. We’ve added equipment, expanded services, served hundreds of customers, supported local organizations, sponsored youth sports, launched a podcast, and continued to grow.
Most importantly, we’ve built relationships.
As I reflect on this old post, I’m reminded that success isn’t just measured by dollars, trucks, or equipment. It’s measured by the people you’ve helped, the promises you’ve kept, and the impact you’ve made along the way.
To every customer, friend, family member, and supporter who has been part of this journey—thank you.
We’re still here.
We’re still growing.
