Position Expectations and Qualifications Preferred:
- Strong customer service and communication skills as the position requires daily engagements with customers and vendors
- Basic administrative duties and daily assistance to company management and technicians
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills is a must – able to handle everything from answering an office phone system, to invoicing, scheduling, ordering and more
- A good understanding of business and day-to-day operations of an office
Must be able to take initiative and work independently as well as within the team of office employees
- Detail oriented with problem solving ability is vital – able to resolve in-office or field questions in a timely manner with precision and accuracy
- A creative mind is a must for our Advertising, Marketing, and Social Media platforms. An experienced candidate in those areas is preferred.

Requirements:
- A valid Driver's License
- Be able to work in the U.S.
- Have reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing Residential & Commercial ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.

Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Have a Current Valid Driver's License
- Provide Current Driving Record
- One (1) or more years on the job Apprenticeship, Training and or Experience in HVAC
- Flexible work schedule to include After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays when on call
- Ability to work in confined and high spaces

Preferred but not Required:
- Five (5) or more years on the job Apprenticeship, Training and or Experience in HVAC
- CFC Certified

A dirty air filter is one of the most common reasons for HVAC system failure. A dirty air filter restricts air flow through your HVAC system. Air flow restriction puts additional strain on your system.
The motor needs to work harder, which increases your energy costs, and over time, can overheat and fail. Your coil becomes covered in a thick layer of particulate matter, typically trapped by the air filter, and may freeze over with ice and burnt out.
Replacing your air filter is a small monthly, bi-monthly, or tri-monthly expense compared to a new HVAC system.

Remember to change your HVAC Air Filters as frequently as your home needs to maintain a functional HVAC system, and a comfortable home environment.
