Day 4 final walkthru: Leave a CLEAN jobsite and onto the next. This one turned out beautifully in TimberTech AZEK ‘Cypress’ with the IRX rail and drink rail., and will look great to passing golfers😎

Day 2 on a reskin: stringers are going in, framing is getting completed and ready for decking. We will lay some decking today and cut in our picture frames! Day 3 should be our final day wrapping up with railing and fascia

Day 4: Final prep before staining! We didn’t end up staining this day because of rain forecasted the next day! It’s best if there can be a minimum of 24 hours before your second coat is applied and rain comes. Light rain less time, heavy rain more time. Next video of this deck will be a beautifully completed Redwood Deck with TWP Honeytone!

Day 3: I actually filmed this in front of the client I was trying not to stutter so bad. This deck turned out awesome. Great confidence builder for our guys before we hop onto some BIG builds!

Day 2 on the Redwood Restoration Project:

Sanding. Sanding. More sanding! Going at it with an 80 grit to get it ready for stain. Another day of this and we will be ready for stain!

Day 2: Decking done! These colors are awesome. Posts are wrapped and fascia is complete. Now just some railing!

We still take small projects because they are CRUCIAL for the crew. It’s very rewarding to come in and build a deck and finish in 3 days and helps you build back the energy it takes to push through those big builds, which we have a bunch coming up!

Day 1: frame, decking, railing?!

Guys are moving fast on this compact (not small😜) build. With no stringers to cut or footings to pour, this deck will be done with just one more day of work.

We are using TimberTech American Walnut for the picture frame and TimberTech Pros French White Oak for the infill with a white PVC fascia and post wrap. Going to look sharp!
