My father designed this house in 1967 for Waterbury dentist Carl Rosa and his wife Virginia. They were lovely clients. It appears that nothing substantial has changed since it was built. It looks just like it did when I would visit there as a child.

A Hamden developer wants to build 20 single-family attached homes, some of them affordable, near Memorial Field on Thompson Avenue.
