Great review from Fran... "We enclosed a patio with electronic screens and installed heaters and a big screen tv. This has given us an extension to our house and we can now use our patio year round. We are very pleased with our new enclosed deck and recommend Modern Shade as a reputable and professional company. Workers were very professional and courteous and worked tirelessly to please us and to ensure that our installation caused minimal damage to our house. We were especially pleased that the electrician did not put any holes in our basement family room. The owner of the company was very available and kind in helping us bring this project to fruition. Great review from Jerry... "Modern Shade transformed my 2 acre property to be a lot more useable. The patio cover created a complete out door living space. Protected from wind and debris. Along with heat, misters, lighting, wall screens, speakers and automatic louvered ceilings. My pool cover is a floating deck that can be used for additional decking when open or closed. They installed a beautiful 4’ fence around my sport court with built in lighting. I own a large home building company in northern AZ. As a builder I would recommend them. Been a good week at ModernShade, our StruXure pergola crew got the framework up of this massive 32’ wide x 24’ long rooftop system. With the large spans between columns and high snow loads for the area meant we needed 10” tall 1/4” material to make this come to life.

Excited to see it come to life and finished next week!

Great review from Stuart... "We had an outstanding experience with ModernShade. I did a lot of research on retractable sun screens and found the manufacturer that I wanted, and ModernShade was the closest business that worked with this manufacturer. The guys from ModernShade made the trip from SLC to St George to take measurements and show the color and fabric options and then again for the installation. Every interaction with them was positive - sales, installation, accounting - and the final result is absolutely stunning. The sun screen spans our 20 ft wide by 20 ft tall rear patio and operates perfectly. Highly recommend!!!"

It turned a big chunk of useless concrete area to a super functional and beautiful outdoor space. Riley and Don were great to work with. The communicated well and were responsive. We had a couple of little issues that they jumped on quickly and took care of. They truly earned their five stars with both the product and service."
