Great review from Barbara... "Cory arrived exactly on time to present all of the information regarding a pergola structure to be built onto my home. He was professional and very kind. He explained everything thoroughly, giving several options to choose from, and heard everything I wanted and expected from adding a pergola. He answered questions completely and made sure I was happy with the choices, explanations, and the complete project before I made any decision. He was easy to work with and understood what my vision and goal was in adding a pergola. Most importantly I felt comfortable and able to trust him with a project I've had problems with, with other companies. It was a very pleasant experience."

Great review from Jim... "What can I say, they are great. Communication about the product, pricing, and the installation has been fantastic. Looked at this product a few years back, determined this is the best way to go. Cory is great. Knows the product, is great with customers, and handles all the loose ends."

Great review from Melissa... "We had a great experience with Cory Alexander from Struxure. My husband and I are planning a pergola project for our backyard, and Cory came to our home to take measurements, explain everything clearly, and answer all of our questions with so much patience and kindness.
He even brought samples and showed us how the pergola works, which made the whole process feel much easier and more exciting. The presentation was excellent, and honestly that means a lot to me. Sometimes consultants seem rushed or want to jump straight to pricing, but Cory took the time to really explain the details and make sure we felt comfortable and informed before anything else.
He also gave us a strong sense of confidence throughout the entire meeting. You could tell he really knew what he was talking about, and he made us feel comfortable and confident about the project and the company overall.
He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We truly appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone considering a pergola project!"

Great review from Rick... "Jermaine gave us an absolutely fantastic overview of the StruXture, pergola . It is a beautiful product. And so well built and engineered. However, this time having just built a new home and moved in it is just out of our budget. Maybe someday!"

Great review from Fran... "We enclosed a patio with electronic screens and installed heaters and a big screen tv. This has given us an extension to our house and we can now use our patio year round. We are very pleased with our new enclosed deck and recommend Modern Shade as a reputable and professional company. Workers were very professional and courteous and worked tirelessly to please us and to ensure that our installation caused minimal damage to our house. We were especially pleased that the electrician did not put any holes in our basement family room. The owner of the company was very available and kind in helping us bring this project to fruition. The completion of our project was done quickly and without delay. It is our pleasure to recommend Modern Shade without any hesitation to anyone who may be looking to enclose an outdoor area. We did not look for additional bids since we were so impressed with the product being offered and so I don't have an opinion about the price we paid."

Great review from Jerry... "Modern Shade transformed my 2 acre property to be a lot more useable. The patio cover created a complete out door living space. Protected from wind and debris. Along with heat, misters, lighting, wall screens, speakers and automatic louvered ceilings. My pool cover is a floating deck that can be used for additional decking when open or closed. They installed a beautiful 4’ fence around my sport court with built in lighting. I own a large home building company in northern AZ. As a builder I would recommend them. They found solutions to everything I was trying to accomplish. Thank you To Riley and his team."
