Our technician John was busy diagnosing an HVAC system when he realized he had a very curious spectator. 🐴

Safe to say the quality inspection was taken very seriously. 😂

Each service call comes with a story and this one just so happened to come with an unexpected supervisor.

Everyone, meet Gracie the Giraffe!
YEEEEESS… The Gracie that you’ve been seeing all over the news.

After hearing she was missing somewhere in Texas, we figured she must have been looking for a great place to work... and she found us!

We’re excited to announce that Gracie has officially joined the Service Junction team.
Her duties include:
🦒 Reaching the highest air filters
🦒 Inspecting rooftop units without a ladder
🦒 Keeping an eye on things from miles away
🦒 Boosting team morale with her outstanding neck-stretching abilities

Before heading out for her first day in the field, Gracie even stopped to pose for a picture with Lynn! We think she was sizing up the competition for "Employee of the Month."

Everyone keep an eye out for Gracie and give her a wave if you see her😆

Celebrating 18 Years of Dedication! WOW!

We’re not saying he’s been here forever, but he probably remembers when thermostats were a little less smart and jobs were done on paper!

Today we’re celebrating Robert and his INCREDIBLE 18 years with Service Junction! Through countless busy seasons, early mornings, late afternoons, many weekends and enough HVAC stories to fill a book, he’s been a valued part of our team every step of the way.

We're working hard to get to everyone as quickly and safely as possible, but the weather has other plans today. Our on call technician is currently stuck at a job site.
Rest assured, we're doing everything we can to keep serving our customers and get to your calls as soon as possible.
Thank you for sticking with us and for understanding that sometimes Mother Nature just doesn’t play fair. We are however, Thankful for the rain.
