Manny was able to come out at 9 PM on a Sunday, same day I inquired, and identified the source of my earwig infestation. He recommended I remove the mulch that was against the foundation to help prevent breeding/entry. He completed the interior and attic while I removed the mulch and then he throughly treated the exterior. I am beyond grateful for his thoroughness and kindness.

Chris is awesome he came by after 7pm because I didn't get off work until then. He explained everything about the services they offer and it is a great small family owned company. If you need pest services they are the ones to call.

Chris visited my house to perform a thorough inspection. He did job explaining to me my situation. Chris has a really pleasant, honest, and trustworthy spirit about himself. I feel very comfortable working with Chris and the First Strike to resolve my roof rat issue. I trust Manny and team will perform an excellent job!

Manny with first strike pest control was incredibly nice and professional and got my yellow jacket problem taken care of the same day I called them about it. Would absolutely recommend them for all your pest control needs!!

Manny came out late after having a different technician couldn’t solve the issue and he found the source of the foul odor and removed it and sprayed some stuff to remove the lingering smell. Super professional and very polite. 10/10 recommend.

Chris came out quickly to provide an inspection and went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did he pinpoint a problem area with impressive attention to detail, but also took the time to walk me through the warranty so I felt completely comfortable with this exclusion service. The professionalism, patience, and commitment to doing the job right truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

Chris was very informative about the entire pest control process and helped me understand the different options they have for service contract and the treatments they provide. He also mentioned the discounts on offer and how it would help me in the yearly contract.

Mannie was courteous and took care of our wasp issue. He showed concern for my husband who was stung the previous day and end edup in the ER. Also based on his recommendation we are extending our one time service to include monthly treatments during the high season of wasps!
