Cleared this entrance and lot for a great customer up in Bryce over looking lake Laura. We cleared and chipped all the small bull pines and rough graded the areas we cleared. Pushed out a lot of pines on the hillside to burn with the upcoming snow to open the views up. Once the construction gets started we’ll be back up to install the driveway, dig for sewer and water and final grade the entire area. Recent building pad we completed for a great customer. Cut about 8 feet deep into the bank to have this pad how the customer wanted. Also installed a driveway to the building and cleared the old grown up fence line to open up the view shed. We then seeded an strawed when finished grading before the builder started building. This past week we spread topsoil, then graded around the new addition on a house and laid 9 pallets of sod and installed some new landscape for this customer.
