Closing season preparation starts before the cover goes on.

Before your pool closing appointment arrives, take a few minutes to inspect your mesh safety cover and anchoring system. Check the cover for rips, tears, or visible deterioration, inspect the straps and springs, and make sure all required anchors are present and functional.

If your safety cover needs to be replaced, now is the time to begin the process. Mesh safety covers are custom manufactured for your pool and require time to order and produce—waiting until closing day may be too late.

Your anchoring system should also be addressed in advance. Missing, damaged, or nonfunctional anchors may require a separate service appointment before your pool closing so the cover can be properly secured when the time comes.
