What If My Insurance Claim Is Denied?

Don't panic—all is not lost.

A denied claim doesn't always mean your roof wasn't damaged. Sometimes it's because of missing documentation, differences in opinion about the cause of the damage, or questions about whether the damage meets your policy's requirements.

Here's what you should do:
✅ Review the reason for the denial.
✅ Talk with your roofing contractor about the findings.
✅ If you believe the damage should be covered, it may be time to contact a licensed Public Adjuster.

A Public Adjuster works on your behalf—not for the insurance company. They can review your policy, document the damage, and help present your claim for reconsideration if appropriate.
