This company needed immediate roof restorations completed on the flat roof sections to stop considerable leaks throughout the facility. We are going to restore these existing roofs with a coating system that comes with a 20 year manufacturer and 20 year labor warranty. The metal roof needs some work too and some panels replaced that are rusting, but once those panels are replaced, maybe we will get the metal roofs done for phase 2 next year. We work on all types of facilities and solve the individual roofing issues with each facility through a systematic, technology driven, and investigative approach. This government facility needed a new roof on a few sections, but also needed some scattered repairs on other sections because they needed to budget for the other areas to be replaced later on while stopping all of their current leaks. Roofing some classroom trailers after they sprung leaks due to the recent wind storms we had. 90 squares and an interior remodel of one of the trailers done last Saturday during a soccer tournament so the students and teachers could return to their classrooms on Monday without anymore leaks! It’s not everyday you get to do your job and watch some great soccer during your lunch break! This was a fun work day for our crew!

Closed out this week investigating some leaks and completing some temporary emergency repairs during the cold rain for one of our service clients. When this facility roof leaks, product has to be thrown away, costing the business lots of money.

To solve some of their problems, we will have an 18,000 sq ft flute infill and TPO recover project coming soon for their cooler section. We are also looking to install a roof coating system on this 20,000 sq ft metal roof if it gets approved.
