A Custom Hybrid Take on the Oak Ridge 🪵✨

You have got to take a look at this nearly finished, Custom Hybrid Oak Ridge model that we had the pleasure of photographing in Vermont this past week. This custom build features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,792 square feet of living space, complete with a covered side porch, an open front deck, and an integrated drive-under garage on the basement level. The homeowners also designed one of the main floor bedrooms as a spacious, dedicated mudroom and laundry area, creating a highly functional entryway into the home.

Last week, we were in Northern Vermont photographing a stunning Custom Tradesman log home on the water, and this home truly has it all, from peak foliage and tranquil water views to the timeless craftsmanship of a custom log home!

This Custom Tradesman features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with 3 covered porches on the exterior (including a screened-in porch), giving you plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors! Step inside to an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with four separate access points to the exterior! Click through the pictures to take a look inside our Maplewood model, a perfect example of what our Adirondack homes are all about! The Maplewood features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,769 square feet with three different covered porches as well as a large, open deck on the exterior, giving you ample ways to enjoy the outdoors!

Entering through the designated foyer, you are welcomed by an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams!! The master suite sits in the back of the first floor, complete with a walk-in closet and master bathroom, while a half bath with designated laundry is in the middle of the first floor! This floor plan designates a spot for the fireplace, which really makes a statement and is perfect for those cooler mornings and nights!
