A few weeks ago, we returned to put the finishing touches on the deck and reverse-gable roof we built for a client over the winter. After taking some time to weigh their options, they decided on a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling. Before the wood went up we completed the electrical work by installing a floodlight, puck lights, and a ceiling fan. To finish everything off, we wrapped the beams in metal for a clean, seamless look.

Last year a customer called us asking if we could build a small roof over his basement door leading out to his pool. He asked if we could wait until spring or early summer to get started, so when we had a couple days open up in the schedule, we got him taken care of just in time for pool season.

Another deck project finished up just in time for summer!

This customer wanted a traditional-style deck but didn’t want water running through the gaps between the deck boards. After some research, we found the perfect solution: tongue-and-groove composite decking from TimberTech by AZEK.

The customer also requested that the decking run front to back instead of the standard side-to-side layout, so we redesigned the framing to run perpendicular to the typical orientation. We were able to eliminate the center post for a completely unobstructed view and finished it off with vertical KeyLink cable railing to tie everything together.

Earlier this year, we received a call from a customer saying a vehicle drove through his fence and pavilion. We were on site the very next day to clean up the mess along with Precise Exteriors to patch in the fence and secure the area, eliminating the liability of an open pool and scattered debris.

With some unexpected availability in our schedule, we were able to move the project up and get to work sooner than planned. We rebuilt the pavilion to match its original design, while incorporating a few upgrades to make it stronger and more durable for the future.

Another kitchen remodel wrapped up for a customer. After struggling to get other contractors to even come take a look, they gave us a call and we delivered. We didn’t just transform the kitchen we also carried new flooring through the hallway, installed a new exterior door in the mudroom, and added a second exterior door for easier access to the back deck. From start to finish we worked with them to make their vision a reality.

We are proud to have partnered with the Waterville Volunteer Fire Company on a series of renovations to their facility. We installed all new fire-rated exterior doors and hardware, framed in additional rooms for storage, and redid the floor in glue-down vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire building along with all new drop ceilings. We also removed some old air conditioning units and finished up with a full kitchen remodel.
