In December 2025, two-lane traffic opened on the Frank J. Wood Bridge in Maine, marking a major milestone on work to provide a new, modern connector for the towns of Brunswick and Topsham.

At our recent annual meeting, our team came together to reinforce what that truly means. We focused on aligning our workforce with company goals, strengthening transparency, and celebrating the milestones that define who we are. Leadership shared our financial performance and vision for the future, while our employee owners had the opportunity to ask questions, be heard, and feel recognized for the important role they play in our success.

We honored the dedication of our long-term employees and celebrated the many projects that showcase the quality of our work. Just as importantly, we took time to reconnect with one another—reminding ourselves that our success is built not only on what we accomplish, but how we work together.

We left the meeting with a renewed commitment: to work hard, work safe, and continue building something we all own—together.
