Reed & Reed is proud to welcome the next class of participants into our Pre-Apprenticeship Program—a six-week journey designed to inspire, challenge, and prepare the next generation of skilled construction professionals.
This is more than a training program—it's an opportunity to build a career. Throughout the program, participants will gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of construction disciplines, strengthen their work ethic, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in the industry.
