Just wrapped up this basement. Took out the drop ceiling, ran a couple new outlets for the tv and surround speakers and added a track light, installed a board and batten wall with a built in floating shelf, lots of Drywall repairs, paint everywhere and swapped out the can lights for rgbw color changing cans.

Had a landlord call last week about needing a fast turn around on his rental, normally would have had to pass on it but this weeks job had just gotten postponed so I told him I could make it happen. Ripped out old walls, Hung, finished and painted drywall, sprayed ceilings, and did the walls all around 👍🏼
