Buckeye Brush & Turf is looking for motivated individuals with great attitudes to be the face of our company! Our lawn maintenance crew specializes in providing quality maintenance services to both residential properties and large estates. Our brush clearing crew specializes in transforming residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
We need detail-oriented individuals that enjoy nature and working outside. Are you reliable, work well with others, and able to professionally communicate with customers? No experience is necessary, just the willingness to learn and better your knowledge of the landscape industry. Come join our team and help dreams become a reality for our clients and yourself.

General job duties/skills/info:
-Operate landscape maintenance equipment (walk behind mower, zero turn mower, stand on mower, trim mower, w**d eater, backpack blower, etc.)
-General landscape maintenance (weekly lawn maintenance, trimming, blowing, Spring and Fall cleanups, Brush clearing, Laying mulch and stone
-Address client questions, comments and concerns in a polite, understanding manner
-Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning and repair
-Work well with other employees, good customer service skills
-Work outdoors in a mix of weather conditions
-Experience is a plus but we will train people that want to be trained
-Personal traits: great attitude, dependable, honest, accountable for actions and motivated.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record highly preferred
-Transportation to and from work required

PERKS:
-No weekends
-Paid training/continuing education/development

-$200.00 sign on bonus after 60 days of employment.
