At Allan Myers, it’s not one big moment. It’s the small decisions our teams make every day on our projects, at our plants, and across our offices. We are proud to share a look at our culture in action.

What is it really like to be an intern at Allan Myers? For Rachel, it means getting hands-on experience in the field alongside Environmental Engineer Emily R., collecting water samples and testing water quality at our Devault and Talmage quarries.

As an Assistant Environmental Technician, Rachel isn't just observing, she's contributing to real projects and gaining valuable experience that goes far beyond the classroom.

That's what makes the Allan Myers internship program different. Interns work on-site, directly with project crews, building the skills needed to successfully support and manage heavy civil construction projects while prioritizing safety every step of the way.
