🚨 OFFICE CREW APPRECIATION POST 🚨

Everyone sees the trucks… but THESE are the women behind the madness keeping Quint Plumbing running 👇

📞 Julianna aka Backflow Queen — juggling phones, schedules, paperwork, and probably solving problems before the rest of us even know they exist. If water is going the wrong direction, she already fixed it.

📝 Mya aka Job Slip & Quote Boss — turning scribbled notes, “it’s the pipe thingy,” and last-minute changes into actual organized plans. Powered by caffeine and pure willpower.

👑 Ashley aka Office Manager / Ring Leader (me) — balancing phones, emails, invoicing, customers, the guys, emergencies, and whatever fresh chaos walks through the door. If it’s on fire (not literally… usually), she’s handling it.

Meanwhile the phones are ringing, papers are flying, trucks are rolling, and somehow… everything still gets done.

So if you’ve ever called and thought,

just know it’s talent, teamwork, and a little bit of controlled chaos holding it together back here 😂

We just want to say a big THANK YOU today.

With these freezing temps, the frozen pipes showed up right on schedule… and so did the flood of calls. It’s been one of those days — phones ringing nonstop, schedules shifting, and our team running full speed.

We are so incredibly grateful to our customers for your patience, kindness, and understanding while we worked through all the cold-weather emergencies. We know plumbing issues are stressful (especially when it involves ice where water definitely shouldn’t be), and your grace means more than you know.

And a huge shoutout to our on-call crews who have been out there battling the cold, going call to call, and taking care of our community all day long. Long hours, freezing conditions, and still showing up with professionalism and good attitudes — we are beyond proud of this team. 💪

❄️ PSA: Your Pipes Hate the Cold More Than You Do 🚰🥶

When temperatures drop, your pipes start making very bad life choices. Let’s help them out before they explode and ruin everyone’s day.

🛠️ How to keep your pipes from freezing their butts off:
• Let faucets drip — yes, wasting a little water is cheaper than a burst pipe
• Open sink cabinets so warm air can join the party
• Close garage doors (pipes do not enjoy outdoor vibes)
• Insulate exposed pipes — think coats, but for plumbing
• Going out of town? Thermostat stays at 55° or higher. Pipes need warmth too.

🚫 If a pipe freezes:
Please don’t grab a blowtorch. Or a lighter. Or a heat gun you’re “pretty sure” will be fine. Call us instead.

📞 Quint Plumbing is on call for frozen pipes & emergencies — because water belongs inside the pipes.

This morning one of our vans was robbed while working in Detroit off of Webb st. We had a handful of power tools stolen including:

Rigid Camera reel & monitor
Rigid Locator
Milwaukee Pro Press & jaws
2 Bosch rotary hammers

Most of these items are marked with our name / logo.

We are offering a cash reward for returning our tools.

We are also asking you to keep an eye out at local pawn shops or marketplace
