Split levels often get a bad rap for feeling compartmentalized, but this residence completely rewrites that narrative. By opening sightlines, maximizing natural light, and modernizing the exterior silhouette, we transformed a classic layout into a seamless, contemporary sanctuary.

A fluid layout, elevated exterior, and new light filled spaces, this project helped maximize the architecture potential of this home!

A home designed for this family, in a place that holds a very special place in my heart. ☀️🌊🏡 Seaside Park NJ!

This new home is being designed to make the most of a unique window of opportunity as the state’s flood elevation requirements are set to change next year.

More importantly, it’s being designed around the way this family will actually live, creating a place where they can gather, relax, and make memories all summer long!

The architecture combines classic coastal charm with timeless details: cedar shake siding, a bold blue garage door and front door, and beautiful brackets and corbels that give the home its character. The outdoor dining balcony creates the perfect spot for family meals while enjoying the summer air and coastal surroundings.

A bilevel transformed into a home that finally lives like two full levels. ✨

We reimagined the entry to eliminate the center stair and create an open-concept main level that flows seamlessly from the kitchen and living spaces to an incredible backyard entertaining area with a pool and covered outdoor space.

Located in a lake community where this family lives close to their extended family, the home was designed around how they live today and how they’ll grow together.

The new staircase, incorporated into a front addition is both a functional connection between levels and an architectural feature that gives the home a fresh identity.

We kept the original main roofline while adding new architectural elements and breaking up the exterior massing to create more character and dimension!

We have lots to show off on this home and we are just getting started!

A home designed to stand the test of time.

This custom residence is the definition of modern, timeless luxury. It was crafted for a client who wanted exceptional design without compromise. Clad in elegant limestone with crisp black windows, every elevation was carefully composed to create a bold yet refined presence.

Expansive balconies capture views from both levels, while the backyard was designed as a private retreat with a resort-style pool and generous covered outdoor living spaces that seamlessly connect indoors and out.

Every line, proportion, and material was thoughtfully selected to create a home that feels as timeless decades from now as it does today.

School is out and summer is in! Check out our new cabana for this backyard oasis. We have worked with CLC Landscape Design and Ken Appel to come up with an entire backyard overhaul.

The blue cedar siding ties in with the primary residence and the cedar roof gives it that timeless coastal vibe we are trying to achieve.

Our clients wanted an indoor outdoor feel so if you swipe to the close up of the structure, you can see our bifold NanaWall doors that nest to the side!

Our last image is a mock up of the interior which is a cozy space to enjoy evenings by the pool, but also a place to retreat to in any season!

A weekend spent in coastal Seaside Park 🏠 🌊

The cedar roof gets me every time! We love a good architecture tour via beach cruiser!

The coastal regulations are making crazy changes in the next year so it will be interesting to see how the architecture changes in these landscapes! We are deep into design on a new build in Seaside Park which is so special to me! Stay tuned stay tuned!!

Finally got to see a beautiful project of ours come to completion! We are taking you through a little tour from our spaces as they were framed to finished!

Thrilled to see this beauty coming to life!! Check out the last post of ours shared with & to see the back elevation being framed!

This project is going to be stellar, as the home sits pretty on rolling acres. We have worked to create a unique floor plan that capitalizes on all of these views! We love the earthy color palette our client chose, mixing in an olive green, dark brown, and pops of cedar for warmth.
