This job in Latham was all clay, so doing it the right way meant starting from the ground up!

We removed the existing driveway along with several inches of clay to get down to a solid starting point. From there, we installed road fabric, brought in an all new stone sub-base, and thoroughly compacted everything to create a strong foundation.

Once the prep work was complete, we installed the first course of binder asphalt, followed by the top course, giving this customer a proper 2-layer asphalt driveway built to last.

Needless to say, the finished product came out absolutely beautiful! 👌

All my previous homes for the past 40+ years had concrete driveways, so replacing the asphalt driveway in my recently acquired home was a mystery to me. Thankfully - my neighbor had a new driveway put in by David Browe Paving and “mystery solved.” The team of men worked together like a well oiled machine. The results were astounding !
