Great advice from the City of Wyoming!

Did you know that extremely cold temperatures can cause your water pipes to freeze?

With cold temperatures expected to continue throughout this week, take precautions to prevent frozen indoor pipes:

❄ Insulate all exposed water pipes, especially in crawl spaces and basements
❄ Maintain the heat at least 55°F inside your home, even when away
❄ Seal gaps and drafts that allow cold air from reaching pipes
❄ Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate plumbing
